Here is the latest quilt that I am working on...and of course a cat. I wanted to achieve a modern quilt look so I went with the checkerboard grid again, besides the fact that it is fun to make so many four patch units. For this one the patches were cut 2.25" each since that worked with the pieces I had already cut. The embroidery took me a few hours to create, but I like it.
